   • However, if host is present, you may leave some items in the fridge or do quick, simple tasks. Please be respectful and tidy up afterward.

   • No parties or disruptive behavior allowed.

   • You are responsible for your personal belongings.

5. Liability & Safety

   • We are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damages during your stay but we provide all possible help and need.

   • Use the space at your own risk.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

   • Cancellations should be communicated promptly.

   • Refund policies depend on timing and circumstances and will be communicated accordingly.

7. Privacy

   • Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for booking purposes.

8. Pet Policy Notice

   • Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate pets on our premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

9. No Commercial Entity

   • This is an informal arrangement.

   • Services are provided as a private host, not a commercial hotel or restaurant.
